### How does the Treasury generate revenue?

The treasury is fueled by the 3% sales tax on the token volume, as well as investments the treasury makes. &#x20;

### Why does it matter?

As the value of the treasury and the $PPAI token grows, so do rewards for stakers. The treasury will execute buybacks of the $PPAI token as treasury value grows.  These tokens will then be used to incentivize users who deposit into the Single Staking and Liquidity Pools on our websites Staking Portal. &#x20;

Some tokens will also be burned over time, causing the supply to be *deflationary.*
